Expectant couples, parents and children from all over flocked to the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City for the Baby and Family Expo Philippines 2013 last December 2013 last December 6-8. The opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on December 6 was attended by prominent personalities such as ANC’s On the Money host and The Master’s Academy Homeschool president Edric Mendoza, Azkal’s coach and father of two Michael Weiss, beauty queen turned actress Maria Isabel Lopez and singer comedian and Youtube sensation Mikey Bustos. Guided by the theme “Welcoming Life, Love and Care,” the event was the ultimate venue for all maternity, baby, early childhood and parenting needs that featured 200 exhibitors, which were a combination of entrepreneurs and businesses that aim to provide products and services for parents and their young children. Celebrity parents and experts from different fields provided free seminars that included tips about parenting and child care.
